Wraparound
Wraparound services provide a comprehensive care coordination process that partners with children, youth, and their families to them with essential resources for long-term success. Wraparound Facilitators collaborate closely with families to assemble a dedicated team that develops a personalized care plan, the family’s strengths and future aspirations. By guiding the team in identifying sustainable solutions, Wraparound Facilitators empower families to focus on what truly matters in their lives.

Adult Mental Health Services
Any mental illness (AMI) refers to the presence of a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder in the past year of sufficient duration to meet criteria from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition, excluding developmental disorders and substance use disorders.13 Serious mental illness (SMI) refers to the presence of a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that substantially interfered with or limited one or more major life activities.

Services Highlighted
We provide convenient and care for a range of behavioral health challenges, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma and eating disorders. Our services include individual and family therapy, crisis and management, medication management, and psychiatric services, all designed to support your needs. We offer flexible scheduling for children and families, with same-day access available at select locations. Most major health insurance and Medicaid are accepted, and our Community Support Specialist and Peer Support Specialist are here to assist you on your journey to wellness.
